In order to offer the best possible service, we have been forced to establish a “No Cash Refund” policy as a rule for our events. This policy will be enforced upon completing your registration and payment. Unfortunately, we’ve had to take this firm stance because so many have taken advantage of refunds in the past; we simply cannot provide refunds for cancellations, non-attendance, or other reasons without losing significant time, money, and other valuable resources.

No Cash or Credit Refunds Will Be Awarded For The Following Reasons:

Can no longer attend the event (for any reason).
2. Late arrivals.

3. Early departures.

4. Mental or medical conditions.

5. Can’t find the address.

6. Failure to read the details of the event.

7. Changing your mind about attending.

Cash or Credit Refunds Will Be Awarded For The Following Reasons:

1. We canceled the event and will not reschedule it within 90 days.

2. The event was not fully performed.

3. The event description presented to the customer at the time of purchase is significantly different from the actual event.

4. Attendees cannot attend the event because we failed to adequately plan for capacity, ingress, or egress.

5. Attendees are burdened by safety concerns.

6. Attendees are unable to access your event’s venue.

7. The order is a duplicate.

8. The order is a result of fraudulent activity or any misrepresentation.

If you want to dispute the refund policy, you must do the following. All requests will be addressed within 5 days of receiving the dispute.
